House rules

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and can enjoy the special atmosphere by the lake, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules. Mutual respect and consideration help create a relaxing and pleasant stay for everyone. By booking a chalet at Feriendorf Seeblick, all guests acknowledge these house rules and agree to comply with them.

🕓 Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Different times are only possible upon prior arrangement.

Before departure, the chalet must be left:

  • swept clean,
  • with all garbage disposed of properly,
  • with the refrigerator emptied,
  • and all dishes cleaned.

👨‍👩‍👧 Occupancy of the Chalets

  • The permitted number of guests is based on the booking confirmation.
  • Overcrowding of the chalets is not permitted.
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the chalet.

🚭 Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all chalets.
  • In outdoor areas, please use the designated ashtrays.
  • Please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the property or in nature.

🔥 Sauna & Hot Tub

  • Please follow all operating and safety instructions carefully.
  • Children may only use the sauna and hot tub under adult supervision.
  • The wood stove of the hot tub must never be left unattended.
  • The sauna may only be switched on when guests are present on site.

🛡 Safety

  • All chalets are equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
  • Smoke detectors must not be tampered with or covered.
  • Radiators/heaters must not be covered or blocked.
  • Please use electricity and technical equipment responsibly. When leaving the chalet, lights and unnecessary devices must be switched off.
  • In emergencies or in the event of serious violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to enter the chalet or exclude guests from their stay.

🅿️ Parking & Traffic

  • Each chalet has one designated parking space.
  • The EV charging station may only be used during active charging.
  • Additional parking spaces are available in the designated areas.
  • Walking speed applies throughout the entire holiday village. Please pay special attention to children and animals.

📶 Wi-Fi Usage

  • Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our guests.
  • Use of the Wi-Fi network is at your own responsibility and only within the limits of applicable law.
  • Accessing or distributing illegal content is prohibited.
  • We assume no liability for interruptions or limitations of the internet connection.

♻️ Environment & Sustainability

  • Please use water, electricity, and heating responsibly and sparingly.
  • Help us protect nature and preserve the unique atmosphere of our holiday village.

🧰 Damages & Duty of Care

  • Please treat the chalet, furnishings, and outdoor facilities with care.
  • Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

🐾 Pets

  • Pets are only allowed after prior registration.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash throughout the property.
  • Pet waste must be disposed of immediately. Dog waste bags and a disposal station are available near the EV charging station.

🍖 Barbecuing

  • Barbecuing is only permitted using the provided fireplace grill on the terrace.
  • The fireplace grill may only be used with charcoal.
  • The use of wood or open fire inside or outside the grill is strictly prohibited.
  • Fire bowls, open fires, or other grill devices are not permitted.
  • Please leave the grill area clean and be considerate of other guests.

🧼 Shared Areas & Laundry Room

  • Shared areas such as lawns, seating areas, and the laundry room are available to all guests.
  • Please keep these areas clean and respect the privacy of other guests.
  • Personal belongings must not be permanently stored in these areas.
  • The laundry room may only be used by authorized guests and by prior arrangement.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Consideration

  • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM throughout the entire holiday village.
  • Music, conversations, and other noise outdoors must be kept to an absolute minimum after this time.
  • Parties, celebrations, or loud gatherings are not permitted.
  • Camping tents, pavilions, or temporary structures outside the chalets are not allowed.

🗑 Waste Disposal

  • Waste must only be disposed of in the designated containers located at the entrance of the holiday village.
  • Please ensure proper waste separation.
  • Bulky waste or large items may not be disposed of there.

⚖️ Liability

  • We assume no liability for personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles brought onto the property.
  • Feriendorf Seeblick is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence on our part.
  • Parents are liable for their children, and pet owners are liable for their pets.
  • Use of the entire property, shared areas, and recreational facilities is at your own risk.
  • Please exercise particular caution near the lakeshore, on wet paths, and during winter conditions.

⚠️ Violations & Consequences

  • In the event of violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may range from a warning to immediate expulsion from the property without refund.
  • In cases of gross negligence or intentional damage, we reserve the right to claim compensation.
